Guilford turns a century old this year, and residents are celebrating with a series of events commemorating the milestone, and this Sunday the neighborhood will be showing off its homes and gardens.
The community will be hosting The Centennial Edition Guilford Tour from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday that will show off the six-acre Sherwood Gardens as well as several homes in the neighborhood including the Turnbull House, which was owned by artist Grace Hill Turnbull and recently added to the city’s historic landmark list.
All proceeds from the tour will go to the nonprofit Stratford Green, which maintains Sherwood Gardens. For more information about tickets for the event visit the event's listing here.
