Tuesday:
The Judiciary and Legislative Investigations Committee will hold a hearing on updating and adopting various building codes, including adopting updated Maryland Building Performance Standards.

Wednesday:
The Land Use and Transportation Committee will consider legislation creating a planned unit development for BCP Investors on Lot 6505 aka Canton Crossing designated a business planned unit development. This would amend a planned unit development previously approved by the mayor and city council, according to the bill.

The Public Safety Committee will hold a hearing on a resolution calling on the Baltimore Police Department and Baltimore City Public Schools to discuss elimination the practice of racial profiling.
"Racial profiling targeting individuals for suspicion of crime based on race, ethnicity, religion, or national origin has undermined relations between law enforcement agencies and communities for far too long. According to ACLU reports, it remains prevalent throughout our nation and contributes to man unwarranted detentions, deaths, and other abuses every year," the bill reads.

Thursday:
The Urban Affairs and Aging Committee will give a hearing to legislation amending the Carroll Camden urban renewal plan to allow for a change in restrictions on the disposition of certain lots along the Gwynn Falls Trail.
