In case you were expecting trash pick up on Thursday, don’t.
Because of the Thanksgiving holiday, the Department of Public Works will not be collecting trash and recycling, bulk collections and citizen drop off centers will be closed.
The make up collections will occur on Saturday.
On the bright side, parking meters will not be in effect on Thursday.
