“Well, being a Perry Hall resident, I care if they (or anything else) get vandalized. The graffiti that is becoming more prevalent around Perry Hall speaks to the quality of life around here. It is the "broken window syndrome." A little graffiti here, a little there, pretty soon it is all over the place. And having seen it, the 'phallic symbol' drawn on the pavement is wonderful, too.

Due to food inside and garbage outside coupled with doors and humans they are like free supermarkets for these pests.
