The death of a man whose body was found in a pool Sunday has been ruled accidental.
The state Office of the Chief Medical Examiner has identified the man found as James White, 64, who went missing from a group home Feb. 26, according to police.
He was found less than a mile away from his group home.
"The cause of death is listed as drowning complicated by hypothermia," the release states. "There are no signs of foul play, and no criminal charges will be filed."
The pool in which he was found is located in the 8600 block of McDonogh Road in Owings Mills.
White went missing from the group home in the 9200 block of Leigh Choice Court. Staff members had found the front door open, according to police.
He was non-verbal and shuffled when he walked, police said. He did not drive and did not use public transportation.
His death was originally investigated as suspicious.
